Benbow Classic Tournament  - September 14th, 2002

This was Casie's 3rd tournament and her worst. From trying to trade clubs with her opponent to rolling down hills will others shot, Casie lost focus. She is only 6 you know. Scoring aside she learned something very valuable. Tournaments are meant to be fun , but during competition you must compete. She truly did not. We all hope she remembers this in Squaw Valley in October. Oh by the way she was asked to keep her own score on a per hole basis. Having never before (my fault) been asked to do that it became problematic.  With all do respect to the organizers that is why this young age has a score keepers. To that end she will be prepared next time. Oh well, see you all next year

Scores from the very poorly played tournament.  By the way the below score included  a 10 and a 15 both of which were guesses from a six year old. There is no way these scores were accurate from any of the competitors in the 11 and under grouping. In the future I hope there is a score keeper who keeps score for these little ones
